Recovery Counselling Services (RCS) is a community-based outpatient addiction counselling organization serving clients in North York and the broader Toronto region. RCS provides accessible, evidence-based addiction treatment for individuals struggling with alcohol, cannabis, cocaine, methamphetamine, and opioid use, delivered in a non-residential outpatient setting that allows clients to maintain their daily lives while working toward recovery.
