Fresh Start South Country

Fresh Start South Country is the Lethbridge-area residential treatment program of Fresh Start Recovery Centre — one of Alberta’s most established non-profit addiction recovery organizations. Located at 85049 Range Road 212, the South Country location extends Fresh Start’s community-driven model to southern Alberta, offering inpatient residential treatment with a particular focus on dual diagnosis care and holistic healing. Like its Calgary counterpart, South Country is built on the belief that recovery happens in community, and that no one heals alone.

Fresh Start South Country specializes in treating both addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders — a dual diagnosis approach that recognizes the deep connection between substance use and conditions such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and PTSD.
