The Salvation Army Victoria ARC (Addiction Recovery Centre) is a faith-informed residential recovery organization located at 525 Johnson Street in Victoria, British Columbia. Operating the Beacon of Hope House residential program alongside housing support, community dining, and spiritual care services, Victoria ARC provides a holistic, person-centred pathway out of addiction and homelessness for individuals in the Greater Victoria region.
